There may still be a little dust here and there, but my whole site has had a major makeover. Whew!
Now my blog, books news, etc., are all in one location--making life easier for me, and I hope for you too.
The makeover includes lots of new features and updates. If there's something else you'd like to see, let me know. On my book pages I have most of my foreign covers displayed now which is kind of fun to see. Every edition has its own unique twist and take. Do you have a favorite?
I've also updated my interviews under the "About Mary" tab. I hope you'll take the time to explore the pages and let me know what you think.
And in book news, drumroll please . . .
I have a title and pub date for the third and final book in The Jenna Fox Chronicles! It was the title I was rooting for, so I'm thrilled: The Second Life of Locke Jenkins
It will be out on March 19, 2013. I just sent my final edits off to my editor today (well, final except for copyedits of course) so for me that's great news too. Another hearty, whew!
Now on to the next book which is already brewing but I won't be talking about for quite some time as I let the creative juices percolate.
Oh! And the spring color below is courtesy of Poway High School in California. For my visit the students made dozens of colorful butterflies to decorate the library. Plus, they wrote lovely messages on the back. The librarian sent them to me because I couldn't read them while I was there. I'm enjoying every single one.
Spring has sprung in my office, even if it's drizzling outside.
